2008–2011 · Wilfrid Laurier University
Where it started
Four seasons built on speed, preparation, and the daily work behind game-day performance.
OUT THE CHAMBER Sports · Founder
Born in Toronto. Drafted sixth overall. Grey Cup champion. Most Valuable Canadian. Then he built the athlete platform Canada was missing.

Professional experience · national purpose
Shamawd Chambers built OUT THE CHAMBER to close the gap between Canadian talent and the development, verified evaluation, and exposure athletes need to move forward. The platform connects coaching, athlete profiles, approved film, verified metrics, and controlled recruiting access in one place.
The work behind OTC
Former OTC content describes a focus on football performance coaching, showcase and exposure opportunities, athlete management, and multi-sport development. The common standard is practical: training should be specific, evaluation should be credible, and access should be earned.
“I saw exactly what elite development looks like — and I saw exactly what Canadian athletes were being denied. OTC exists to close that gap.”— Shamawd Chambers · Founder, OTC Sports
